From the ground up, we orchestrated the construction of a 5,000 SF commercial shell building, meticulously tailored for two distinct medical offices. This comprehensive project extended beyond the structure, encompassing a commercial parking lot, a septic system, and the establishment of essential power and water connections. The interior design echoed functionality and style, featuring a bespoke reception desk and waiting area adorned with designer selections. Within, custom examination rooms, strategically positioned nurses' stations, inviting break rooms, bathrooms, and efficient workstations were carefully constructed. The final result yielded offices that exuded a sense of modernity and cleanliness. Beyond the walls, the exterior received its own transformation with an irrigation system and indigenous Texas landscaping, completing a project that seamlessly merged functionality and aesthetics.
