Stepping in post-demolition from a previous contractor, we faced the challenge of reengineering a partially built foundation. Undeterred, we transformed the existing structure, incorporating a remarkable 33% increase in square footage. The outcome? A captivating open floor plan that redefines space. The kitchen and living areas underwent a complete metamorphosis, boasting upgraded cabinets, countertops, and appliances, as well as a bar area, home office, and a gorgeous three-sided fireplace. The renovation extended to all bedrooms and bathrooms, where new flooring, cabinets, countertops, and tile added a touch of luxury. Essential upgrades included new electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and a fresh roof. Outside, the transformation continued with landscaped exteriors and a modern irrigation system.
