Rim Rock Trail

Year Completed: 2020

This project involved a complete gut renovation of a 1970’s home nestled in the picturesque rolling hill country just west of Downtown Austin. The home was stripped down to the studs, allowing for a fresh start and a complete transformation. Upgrades were made to the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, ensuring modern functionality and efficiency. The kitchen and living room layout were reconfigured to create a modern open floor plan, flooded with natural light from large windows and glass slider doors. A luxurious primary bedroom suite was designed, featuring an upscale walk-in closet for added comfort and convenience. The secondary bedrooms and bathrooms were also upgraded to meet contemporary standards. The renovation extended to the exterior, where the front entrance of the home was enhanced, and all windows and doors were replaced. A new standing seam metal roof was installed, adding both durability and aesthetic appeal. No detail was overlooked, as all new designer lighting, tile, flooring, and plumbing selections were carefully chosen to elevate the overall design aesthetic.
