Are you a Cobalt Homeowner who needs to report a warranty issue?
Review Section 7 of the Warranty Booklet (found on page 5) to confirm your request qualifies for warranty coverage.
For emergencies, contact the necessary trade found on your Direct Vendor Call List provided in your Homeowner Orientation Package.
For all non-emergencies, email warranty@thecobaltcompanies.com or via your BuilderTrend customer portal. All non-emergency requests will be addressed during normal Cobalt business hours.
